Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items take 3–4 weeks to be produced. Once production is complete, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 week. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched.

In-Stock Items

Orders placed for items currently in stock are processed within 2 business days and shipped immediately after processing.

Shipping Times

Please allow up to 1 week for delivery after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location, but most orders arrive within this timeframe.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way
