1. All Sales Are Final
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Double-check the size chart to ensure you select the correct fit, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only considered in rare cases where an item arrives damaged (holes, defects, or in fragments).

If inventory is available, we will replace the item.

If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
⚠️ Every piece is inspected for quality before shipment, so receiving a damaged item is highly unlikely.
- We will have to approve your request, and make sure item is 100% damaged.
To request a refund due to damage:
Email us at sedaureco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
• Clear photos of the damage
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
3. Wrong Size / Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong size or an item you did not order, we will send you the correct item that was originally purchased.
⚠️ This is an extremely rare occurrence due to our strict quality control and packing checks prior to shipping.
To report a wrong item or size:
Email us at sedaureco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
• A photo of the item received
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
4. Missing Items / Lost Packages
If an order is lost by the shipping carrier, SÈDAURE is not liable or responsible for the missing package. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to try to resolve the issue.
If your package shows as lost or undelivered:
• Contact the carrier as soon as possible to file a missing mail claim.
• Then, email us at (sedaureco@gmail.com) with your order number and tracking info so we can assist further.
